Well I have booked holidays with Tui Pontyclun I would like to say the ladies working there go over and above to help customers with everything that the customer asks. Sian always deals with myself and she is wonderful.

Yet another fantastic experience with the tui team in pontyclun especially sian who is amazing and so friendly and helpful. 2nd holiday we have booked with her in the last 3 months. Would definitely recommend as they are all so helpful.Thanks all🙂

I visit this store to book all of my holidays collect travel money and always looked after by the staff great friendly place, staff are very helpful and always able to assist. This shop is an asset to Tui and Pontyclun.

Fist package holiday in 21 years. Booked for family of 4 adults in Majorca. Just returned and well impressed. The whole end-to-end TUI experience was outstanding. From the initial booking at the Pontyclun shop, to the flights, airport reservations, transfers, hotel, all the hotel staff (all TUI Blue) and our return. Have always had an amazing service from the entire team at Tui Pontyclun. The years of experience & destination knowledge is fantastic. Sat down with Emma today who helped me find the perfect holiday for me & family, she was so helpful & very friendly also gave our children their very own tickets & certificates which they absolutely loved!
