Sagging Harrison Spinks’ mattress. Bought our Harrison Spinks mattress from Arthur Llewellyn Jenkins in South Wales. Thought we were buying a top quality item. We’ve only had the mattress a few months and are seeing sagging already. There is a ridge starting to appear down the centre and body impressions where I sleep. In addition the bed is dipping across from one side and has expanded by several inches, now bigger than the Harrison Spinks base bought at the same time. This mattress and bed cost £000’s. Contacted retailer who arranged for a so called specialist to inspect on behalf of the Harrison Spinks, He refused to discuss the issue on his visit and has since reported that there’s nothing wrong - what a surprise!. Went back to Arthur Llewelyn Jenkins who said there was nothing they could and or would do. They did however recommend the ‘Furniture Ombudsman’. Not the high level of customer service expected. They simply have washed their hands of it. I would recommend giving both the retailer and manufacturer a wide berth and spend your hard earned money with a retailer who actually looks after you. Updated 4.7.24 following reply from Harrison Spinks. Harrison Spinks reply does not surprise me at all. No one is interested in contacting me and or concerned at all about their customer. A standard (probably automated reply) I really feel the message they are sending is, tuff, we’ve achieved a sale and that’s it. The so called specialist inspector, as far as I could tell, had no specialist equipment other than a ‘Plumb Bob’ on a piece of string draped across the bed. There are other reviews on this site complaining about ‘sagging mattresses’ from Harrison Spinks. Both the retailer (who wasn’t even interested in my issue) and the manufacturer have shown complete disregard. I would suggest going to a retailer and or manufacturer who provide a far higher std of customer support. Across the furniture industry it is now very common to have a grace / return period if you are not 100% happy. I’ve learn’t a very expensive lesson.

First class service, staff very friendly and helpful, very impressive layout with a large variety of stock to see ,would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for any future purchases.The delivery drivers were extremely carefull when they delivered our sofas ,all packaging was taken away they were very friendly and it was delivered in the allocated time slot plus a friendly call to say they were on their way a job well done ,many thanks .

Large range of furniture in a big open showroom, friendly and helpful staf. Possibly a bit on the expensive side, but good quality brands.

Purchased a table and 4 chairs from Arthur Llewellyn Jenkins. The whole process was like going back in time when customer service ment something. Browsing instore, was a pleasure and the people working there were fantastic , friendly and good fun. The process of purchasing fantastic, phone call updates through out Delivery was prompt, on time , all built up at home and boxes taken away , the the guys were really friendly Well done all and thanks

I recently bought, sofas, dining room table and chairs and a few accessories. The quality of the furniture is excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and you are definitely spoilt for choice in the showroom. Would definitely recommend a visit, I was really surprised of the range of furniture they have on display. Delivery was also excellent, very helpful and professional.

Came here looking for a specific type of bed and the staff are so helpful. They pointed me in the right direction and then the manager upstairs showed us all the specifics and mattress types, colours, materials etc. You are able to lay on the mattresses to see which you like, they are really great!

Travelled from Somerset, must say well worth the travel! A vast range of furniture from nearly all of the ‘names’ with lots and lots of examples on the shop floor. Very friendly and helpful staff plus if you want a snack the cafe is very clean and smart and really good value.

Local stockist of G plan and Parker Knoll furniture. Also beds & carpet. Surprisingly nice coffee shop on the premises. Good to try before you buy=]
