My father was conned into buying a sofa by the Newport Road branch, who informed him that the 2 seater came in 2 parts and would fit through his door into his first floor flat. However, when the delivery day came it was clear that it wasn’t in 2 parts, and low and behold it didn’t fit. They took it away, leaving only the recliner, which they took upstairs first. Which was pointless as it was bought as a package. The store denied claiming it would come in two, and said “you have to prove it” in regards to what they said. I have requested a refund on behalf of my elderly and disabled father. I explained how they have breached consumer law, I have been in contact with citizens advice bureau and they have now suggested that my father a small claims court proceedings. My father has been really ill through this ordeal, and the staff fobbed my sisters off who were trying to help our father. The only response Leekes have given is on Trust pilot, and the email I have sent them regarding a refund has been ignored so far, but they have read the email as they have contacted Lazyboy to inspect the recliner chair as it has a clear fault as pointed out in the email. I am refusing to call the store, as they know word of mouth cannot hold up in a court of law, but emails can.

Ordered an inflatable hot tub advertised in their web site as in stock...three weeks later no delivery date and repeated false promises.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I had a conservatory built in February this year and despite numerous calls it remains incomplete and not signed off by the council. Really poor service I have been trying to find out from Leekes since June when this will be complete and have been promised call backs which NEVER happen.There are also several items need resolving with the build.

Hi. We had our Windows and doors fitted on 6th of Jan . By two great window fitters . They done a 1st class job . They work so hard .Done everything we wanted and more . Could not thank them anymore. 1st class . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟so so happy thank you .😊

Very poor service. Over 8yrs have had 22 sealed units replaced due to the seal braking down. Have an issue with the front door locking mechanism has failed. But as it is the old version they don't know what to do. Every week I call Linda. I've got to talk to someone about it I'll call you back. Does she ...NO.... I cant lock the door as I am afraid to break it. Leakes are quick to take your order and money but useless when it comes to after sales.

Would give zero stars but can't. What a shambles from start to finish. 8 months to do my install. Useless from fitters through to middle and upper management. Complete and utter shambles. Do yourself a favour and choose a different company. Really very poor. Shame on you leekes. Mr Small Hereford.

Thought we had made a good quality investment of £20k in a Leekes Conservatory if only we new now what the after sales & customer service was like? we would not have completed this retirement purchase. So disappointed with a number of faulty workmanship & warranty repairs.. Like a number of other customers had to give 1 star only option available would have been zero.. Lots of chasing for answers with Anthony Caudle,Lynda Moore,Damian etc ..2 months on waiting for a strip of plastic to be replaced.. I do hope the directors @ Leekes read this & other reviews & take appropriate action? Brought from Crosshands in Carmarthen Previously contacted citizen advice regarding what legal action we could take think we need to take this course of action. They clearly don’t care about the customer after the purchase... not returning calls or e-mails beware if you are considering such a large value investment from Leekes ? If it was possible, I would give a zero star review. Three weeks ago I ordered an item from Leekes online which has never arrived, I've been told it's being re-sent and still have received nothing. Of course I've been charged in full for the item, so I'm now down £320 with nothing to show for it. Despite this, I've not received so much as one courtesy phone call from Leekes about my order. I've been repeatedly promised that someone will phone me back with an update and I'm still waiting for a call. Leekes don't care about customers or service - that much is clear to me.

I bought a lazy spa from this company in April 2018 to enjoy over the summer months. However it has not worked correctly since I bought it. I have asked for help from Leekes to get a new motor told to contact the manufacturer Spoken to them they say the spa will have to be returned to them. Spoke to leeks they can't help they will give me a refund but can't replace the spa. Have to say I would not buy anything from them again as they don't seem interested I customer satisfaction after a sale is made ! Thank you Leekes for spoiling mine and my children's Summer 😠!!!

Poor customer service especially from Simon Perrin. Has never acknowledged my greivance regarding charging me twice as much as I owed. Sent wrong kitchen unit & far too much worktop & coving. Company is a joke!
